Lowe's® Spring Outdoor Living Event Bonus Program (“Program") requires enrollment of your Spring Outdoor Living Bonus Card (“Bonus Card”) at Lowes.com/SpringEvent and is limited to in-store purchases of Outdoor Living merchandise only. No online orders will be eligible for inclusion in the Program. As stated in those terms and conditions provided in the brochure to which your Bonus Card was attached (the “Terms”), A Lowe’s® gift card (“Gift Card”) will be issued when certain levels of eligible Program purchases are made on your registered Bonus Card. The total amount of eligible purchases and the maximum total amount of Gift Cards which can be earned under the Program is governed by the Terms (collectively, the “Program Limits”). The Program is generally valid on eligible purchases made between 12:01:01am EST, March 10, 2008 through 11:59:59pm EST, May 18, 2008 on a registered Bonus Card. Any accounts which have been opened under the same name or address will automatically be combined and made subject to the Program Limits

No eligibility towards the award of a Gift Card under the Program will be earned on sales tax, rebate redemptions, prior purchases, warranties, deliveries, purchases of other Gift Cards, service fees or returned merchandise. The Program has a termination time/date of 11:59:59 EST, May 18, 2008. You will receive earned Gift Card(s) by mail within 45 days after the termination of the Program. You are responsible for notifying Lowe's® of any change to your phone number, address, or other contact information. All address or other profile changes can be made via the website Lowes.com/SpringEvent.

Lowe's® is not responsible for any awards issued under the Program, including Gift Cards, which are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during shipment or delivery. You are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or other taxes or charges related to your participation in the Program as well as receipt of any awards in connection with the Program. Participants must be a U.S. resident and be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participate in the Program. Your participation in the Program is subject to the permissibility of the Program in the jurisdiction in which you reside and you will be ineligible in the Program if prohibited by applicable law. If, in any particular state, the Program or Lowe's® has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Program will be void in that particular state and you will not be eligible to participate.

The Gift Card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law and cannot be used to make payments on any credit or charge account. Lost or stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced for any remaining balance upon presentation of original sales receipts that qualified towards your total balance and such receipt will be void if it appears to be altered or defaced at Lowe's sole discretion. To check the balance of your Gift Card, call 1- 800-560-7172 or visit the Customer Service Desk in any Lowe's® store.

Bonus Cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or discount, and are void if copied, transferred, or sold through any on-line auctions. You must present your Bonus Card with every in-store purchase and have it scanned during check-out in order to assure accurate Program tracking. In the event that the Bonus Card is not scanned during check-out or if any discrepancies are noticed, you must add the purchase to your account within 10 days of your original transaction by visiting Lowes.com/SpringEvent and entering in your receipt information or calling 1-866-751-4002. Eligible spending on verified purchases will be added to your account within 15-25 days.

In addition, Lowe's® may choose to send you certain offers or important information via electronic or postal mail if you register for the Program. Therefore, when you register for the Program, you overrule any election you may have previously made to opt-out of receiving regular direct marketing communications from Lowe's® via electronic or postal mail.

The Program, your participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Lowe's®. Lowe's®, in its sole discretion, has the right to modify, add to or delete any element of the Program rules, Terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of awards including Gift Cards already accumulated under the Program and/or the time for redemption. Employees of Lowe's® may not participate in the Program and are not eligible to receive any awards, including Gift Cards under the Program.

All interpretations of the Terms shall be at the sole discretion of Lowe's® and such interpretations are binding on you.
